Clinical Business Manager – MRI (Eastern Canada)

About the role

Philips is seeking a dynamic Clinical Business Manager to lead its MRI portfolio across Eastern Canada. The role combines clinical expertise with sales support, serving customers in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia while traveling extensively throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, leveraging deep technical and clinical knowledge.
• Own the business in the territory with a proactive, customer‑centric approach to drive financial growth and long‑term relationships.
• Support Account Managers and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from solution definition to tailored proposal delivery.
• Provide Marketing with insights on pricing, sales tools and competitive threats.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on Philips’ MRI portfolio, assisting the sales team in addressing customer challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of direct clinical MRI experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/certifications (e.g., accredited MRI/MRT education, CAMRT certification).
• Bilingual French and English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Canadian diagnostic imaging healthcare system.

What we offer

• Base salary range $154,500 – $179,000 CAD plus commission and a company/fleet car.
