Site Supervisor – Residential Renovations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple high‑end residential renovation projects in the Montreal area. The successful candidate will ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards while coordinating crews, materials, and schedules across several sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to several active renovation sites simultaneously, traveling between locations up to 10 km apart.
• Supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring workmanship complies with premium quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify field issues, propose solutions, and keep senior management informed of any critical concerns.
• Enforce corporate health‑and‑safety policies, site security, and safety standards on every job site.
• Coordinate manpower, schedule material purchases, and monitor budget adherence.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners.
• Oversee timely completion of punch‑list items and final inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential, preferably high‑end, construction.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Goal‑oriented, charismatic, with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting architectural plans and technical drawings.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methods and building‑code requirements.
• Implementation of health‑and‑safety standards on construction sites.
• Quality‑control procedures for residential renovation projects.
