Site Supervisor & Labourer – Hamilton

About the role

Demik Builders Inc. is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor/Labourer to join its team in Hamilton, Ontario. The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands‑on construction work, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate crew tasks.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct site safety inspections.
• Manage project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site.
• Perform hands‑on labour tasks such as material handling and equipment operation when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision, construction management, or team coordination.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Experience in the ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction sector is an asset.
