Site Supervisor

About the role

Clearspace is looking for a motivated Site Supervisor to join its Site Operations team in Toronto. This 6‑month contract role supports active commercial interior construction projects across downtown Toronto and the GTA, with the aim of growing into a full Site Supervisor position.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily on‑site operations to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Clearspace standards.
• Coordinate trades, site access, deliveries, deficiencies, inspections, and day‑to‑day priorities alongside Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring proper postings, protection, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Track site progress, identify early issues, and escalate concerns to senior staff as needed.
• Support communication with trades, subcontractors, building operations, and internal project teams.
• Perform site inspections, deficiency reviews, quality‑control checks, and follow‑up actions.
• Prepare for city and building inspections, milestone reviews, and key project events such as rough‑in reviews and furniture deliveries.
• Utilize Procore and other construction‑management tools to log daily activities, upload photos, and document observations.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, site coordination, or a related field.
• Background in commercial interiors, office build‑outs, or hands‑on trade work.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on safety and quality.
