Site Superintendent

About the role

Broccolini is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day activities on construction sites across Canada. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet quality standards, and align with the company’s core values of teamwork, passion and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations to guarantee work complies with contract documents, schedules and quality expectations.
• Support health, safety and environmental compliance through orientations, inspections and safety talks.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, labour hours, material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Assist with project scheduling using MS Project, manage risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants and authorities to address site challenges and keep progress on track.
• Supervise, mentor and coach field staff while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive on‑site construction supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between sites.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project.

• Experience using construction management software.
