Site Administrative Nurse – Infrastructure

About the role

Graham is seeking a Site Administrative Nurse to join its Infrastructure Division. Based on active construction sites, you will deliver on‑site medical care while supporting essential project administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Assess medical incidents, coordinate escalation to external providers when needed.
• Support occupational health programs, including modified duties and return‑to‑work initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Promote health, safety, and injury‑prevention; participate in safety meetings and emergency response planning.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies, equipment, and treatment areas.
• Assist site operations with timekeeping, data entry, and general administrative duties.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in Alberta or an Advance Care Paramedic.
• Current CPR/AED and Standard First Aid certification.
• Prior experience in occupational health, emergency, industrial, or construction site nursing is an asset.
• Willingness to respond to emergencies and travel/relocate to various project sites.

• Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and data entry (e.g., Excel).
