About the role
ESTER EXTERIORS LTD. is seeking a motivated Siding Installation Supervisor to lead crews on residential and commercial projects across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will oversee all aspects of siding installation, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers and manage multiple siding installation projects on site.
- Prepare production reports, cost estimates, and material requisitions.
- Coordinate schedules, order supplies, and ensure materials are available when needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Recruit, hire, and train crew members, recommending personnel actions as required.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction or siding installation.
- Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varied weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work early‑morning, day, or evening shifts as needed.
