Showroom Supervisor

About the role

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Showroom Supervisor to lead its plumbing showroom operations across Canada. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing financial performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all showroom activities, including sales, operations, and financial results.
• Drive sales and meet or exceed product, gross‑profit, and profit‑sharing targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, home builders, and architects to generate profitable business.
• Set individual product‑line goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable.
• Analyze financial data and implement strategies to improve margins, ROI, and asset utilization.
• Enter orders and quotes, expedite purchases, and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Promote the showroom in the community through local marketing, special events, and industry expos such as the Kitchen and Bath Expo.
• Safeguard showroom assets, including inventory, equipment, and receivables.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or showroom environment, preferably within plumbing, HVAC, or construction supplies.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with designers, builders, and architects.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting financial performance and driving improvements.
