Showroom Supervisor

About the role

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Showroom Supervisor to lead its plumbing showroom operations. The role combines sales leadership, operational oversight, and financial management to ensure the showroom meets its revenue and profit targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve product and gross profit targets, contributing to profit‑sharing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, home builders, architects, and other key stakeholders.
• Set individual product line and team sales goals; hold the team accountable for performance.
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve margins, ROI, and asset utilization.
• Enter orders and quotes, expedite purchases, and maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Promote the showroom through local marketing, special events, and industry expos such as the Kitchen and Bath Expo.
• Safeguard and maintain profit centre assets, including building, inventory, and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership within a retail or showroom environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with designers, builders, and architects.
• Ability to set and achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
• Financial acumen to analyze performance data and drive profitability.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
