About the role
GTA Florist is looking for a part‑time Shop Assistant to keep the shop clean and organized, support inventory management, and handle retail sales transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment, including flower coolers.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Process retail sales transactions using a point‑of‑sale (POS) system and internal order entry system.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient shop operations.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time‑management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
