About the role

We’re looking for a personable, customer‑focused full‑time, entry‑level Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for all customers, helping solve problems and create positive experiences while developing sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Listen carefully to understand customers’ questions, needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with customers when appropriate to ensure they have the information and support they need.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Process customer requests and sales according to company procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product information, promotions, services and company policies.
• Work toward individual and team sales and customer‑service goals while keeping a customer‑first approach.
