Shipping & Receiving Clerk

About the role

Wheelwiz, a Canadian online retailer specializing in wheels and tires, is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join its warehouse team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end flow of products, from receiving inbound shipments to preparing outbound orders for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods; create shipping labels and schedule courier pickups.
• Prepare customs documentation for international shipments and repackage items as needed.
• Coordinate in‑person client pickups and package wheel and tire assemblies using a strapping machine.
• Program Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensors according to vehicle specifications.
• Pick and assemble hardware kits accurately based on client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment and keep internal systems up to date.
• Assist with additional tasks during quiet periods such as returning inventory, delivering orders, and general maintenance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented individual who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
• Physically capable of staying active, lifting items throughout the day, and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong organizational skills under pressure.
• Reliable team player with good judgment and a proactive attitude.
