Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Aviation Logistics

About the role

Join StandardAero’s aviation logistics team as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. You will play a critical role in ensuring that engines, spare parts, and crates move efficiently through the warehouse and reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Control storage, shipping, handling, and delivery of engine crates, tracking serial numbers.
• Monitor deliveries, alert Customer Service and customers of any delays.
• Maintain the engine crate database and ensure accurate documentation.
• Securely package and ship engines or spare crates using approved carriers.
• Liaise with couriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate material flow.
• Operate forklift equipment for receiving and shipping tasks.
• Prepare customs and shipping documents, and manage time‑sensitive shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse following 5S standards.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb for part of the workday.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and statutory holidays as needed.
• Eligibility to work permanently in Canada.
