Shipper

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipper to join our head office team in Les Cèdres. You will be responsible for preparing and dispatching aeronautical products safely and in compliance with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Pack aeronautical items according to industry standards to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Tag and trace products to ensure full visibility throughout the supply chain.
• Measure package dimensions, verify weight, calculate volume and select optimal shipping routes.
• Coordinate transportation options by conducting computer searches and phone calls, balancing cost and deadlines.
• Inspect incoming packages for compliance with company standards.
• Handle products manually and operate a forklift when required, including making deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of shipping and receiving areas and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lb.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a car.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and attention to detail.
• Bilingualism or forklift certification are assets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic mathematical skills for weight and volume calculations.
• Forklift operation (asset).
