Shift Dock Scheduler

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Hamilton warehouse team as a Shift Dock Scheduler. You will coordinate daily dock activities, ensuring safe and efficient loading, unloading, and movement of goods while supporting the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shuttle fleet, shipping and receiving of outbound and inbound shipments, and coordinate trailer assignments.
• Oversee loading requirements, maintain yard equipment, and keep transportation boards up‑to‑date.
• Handle rush orders, record carrier pick‑up times, and maintain daily pick‑up logs.
• Perform dock inspections, file BOLs and pick slips, and generate daily shipped reports.
• Ensure all deliveries are posted, monitor carrier performance, and communicate any delays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of logistics or warehousing experience.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks (lifting ≥50 lb/25 kg).
• Valid forklift license or ability to obtain required equipment certifications.
