Sessional Lecturer – Psychology at Work (Fall 2026)

About the role

The Department of Management at the University of Toronto Mississauga is seeking a qualified Sessional Lecturer to teach MGT262 Psychology at Work during the Fall 2026 term. This part‑time teaching appointment runs from September 1 to December 31, 2026 and involves delivering lectures, facilitating discussions, and assessing student performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly lectures for the Psychology at Work course.
• Design and grade assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Provide academic support to students, including office hours and feedback.
• Coordinate with teaching assistants, ensuring a minimum of 0.75 TA hours per enrolled student.
• Maintain course materials and adhere to the university’s academic policies.

Required profile

• Advanced graduate degree in psychology, management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the post‑secondary level.
• Knowledge of organizational psychology concepts and their application in the workplace.
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices and diversity.
