Service Advisor – Front Line Service Lane Consultant

About the role

Windsor Chrysler is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the front‑line service lane consultant, greeting customers, documenting concerns, and coordinating vehicle repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, clearly communicate and record their concerns on a work order.
• Conduct a detailed walk‑around of each vehicle, noting damage and any issues.
• Communicate customer needs to technicians accurately and ensure all required paperwork, including rental/loaner forms, is completed.
• Follow up with customers throughout the day, provide repair status updates, and arrange shuttle or after‑hours vehicle pick‑up.
• Inspect vehicles after repair for cleanliness and completeness, verify recalls, and obtain necessary signatures for retail and warranty work.
• Interact with aftermarket warranty companies to secure authorizations and complete estimates and invoices for claim payment.

Required profile

• Valid G‑class driver’s licence with a clean record and ability to provide an up‑to‑date criminal record check.
• Strong command of English in both verbal and written communication.
• Minimum SSGD education completed and ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional attitude during difficult interactions and willingness to provide a detailed resume including any dealer DMS experience.

Required skills

• Experience using a dealer DMS such as PBS, Reynolds or ADP.
• Technical knowledge of automotive service processes.
• Certification in Health and Safety (preferred).
