Service Advisor – Automotive Service

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Service Advisor for OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody. The role involves greeting customers, understanding vehicle concerns, and coordinating service work while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries, document vehicle concerns, and create accurate repair orders.
• Schedule service appointments, monitor work‑in‑progress, and communicate any delays or additional work to customers.
• Review completed repairs with customers, handle warranty verification, and manage loaner or alternate transportation.
• Maintain clean reception area, process paperwork, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of automotive equipment.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong asset.
• Valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a computerized equipment maintenance system for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Ability to operate assigned automotive service equipment.
