About the role
Join our team at Bandra Cafe White Rock as a Server, delivering friendly and efficient food and beverage service to our guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant dining experience while handling orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, present menus, describe daily specials, and advise on selections.
- Take orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Present bills, accept various payment methods, and balance cash registers.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
- Maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
