SEO Specialist for In‑House Software Products

About the role

Heave is seeking an SEO Specialist to drive organic search growth for its in‑house software products. You will shape keyword strategy, execute on‑page optimization, and create content that ranks, working closely with product and content teams in a fast‑moving, culture‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full SEO strategy for software products, from technical audits to content roadmaps.
• Conduct keyword research to uncover high‑intent, high‑opportunity terms.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal links, and page structure.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that includes blog posts, landing pages, and comparison pages.
• Design and implement link‑building campaigns to increase domain authority.
• Monitor, analyze, and report organic performance using Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawlability, site speed, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).
• Stay current with algorithm updates and adjust tactics accordingly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably with SaaS, consumer apps, or tech products.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic with measurable results.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Focus on sustainable, compounding growth rather than vanity metrics.
