SEO & Organic Growth Lead

About the role

HeyMilo, an AI‑driven recruiting platform, is seeking an SEO & Organic Growth Lead to own and expand its search presence. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be the first dedicated organic specialist, shaping content strategy, technical SEO decisions, and emerging AI‑search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technical SEO health, including crawlability, Core Web Vitals, indexation, schema markup, and internal linking.
• Develop and execute AEO/AI search visibility strategies for emerging discovery surfaces.
• Lead keyword research, content prioritisation, and roadmap creation in partnership with marketing.
• Build and maintain organic performance dashboards covering rankings, traffic, and lead attribution.
• Integrate insights from paid Google Ads campaigns into organic strategy and vice‑versa.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience auditing, diagnosing, fixing, and iterating technical SEO issues.
• Comfortable working independently without established processes or large teams.
• Ability to translate crawl reports and data into actionable priorities.
• Curiosity about AI‑generated search results and willingness to experiment.
