SEO Manager

About the role

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an SEO Manager to lead innovative search engine optimization and GEO strategies for its Toronto clients. You will combine technical SEO expertise with strong content, prompt, and analytics skills to improve organic performance across traditional and AI‑powered search experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies that drive organic traffic and visibility.
• Integrate AI search methodologies (AEO, generative AI) into client plans and content.
• Conduct keyword and prompt research, create content briefs, and optimise on‑page elements.
• Perform technical SEO and GEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, structured data, schema markup, site speed and internal linking.
• Analyse analytics, Search Console data, AI visibility tools and behavioural signals to produce performance insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to communicate performance updates, identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, technical SEO and AI‑enhanced search strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional collaboration.
