SEO & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an SEO & Growth Specialist to lead our client’s digital presence and turn Google searches into qualified business leads. Reporting to the Media Director, you will own the HubSpot website and drive growth for a SaaS solution that helps maintenance teams manage work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑intent keywords used by managers ready to purchase field‑service software.
• Take full ownership of the HubSpot CMS, fixing technical issues, improving page speed, and optimizing site architecture for users and search engines.
• Create deep‑dive guides and comparison articles that showcase the product’s value to maintenance professionals.
• Design and test conversion assets such as ROI calculators, custom pop‑up forms, and demo sign‑up flows.
• Manage and optimize Google and LinkedIn advertising campaigns to complement organic efforts.
• Track performance metrics and present clear reports that demonstrate revenue impact.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience in SaaS or software companies.
• Proven expertise with HubSpot CMS, including backend customization and page building.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and field‑service business challenges.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable growth strategies.
