Senior Technician - Structured Cabling

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technician specialized in structured cabling to lead the design, installation, and maintenance of copper and fiber optic networks for our clients. In this senior position you will manage a team of technicians, ensure projects meet industry standards, and deliver high‑quality solutions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in installing, terminating, and testing copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, timelines, and site surveys.
• Document cabling layouts, labeling, diagrams, and test results according to industry standards.
• Troubleshoot signal quality, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Integrate cabling systems with broader network infrastructure and manage site‑level projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structured cabling installation and maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
