About the role

Homera Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for senior and niche positions across multiple departments. This remote, high‑ownership role focuses on building high‑quality pipelines, reducing time‑to‑fill, and partnering strategically with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and niche roles across the organization.
• Conduct Boolean searches, network on niche platforms, and source passive talent beyond LinkedIn InMail.
• Lead intake meetings to define candidate personas, set expectations, and align on market realities.
• Provide weekly data‑backed pipeline updates and proactively flag risks.
• Maintain 100% ATS accuracy, track key metrics, and identify friction points.
• Design and iterate interview processes, including assessments and case studies.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• Proven track record in a high‑growth startup or tech environment.
• Strong closing skills, including salary negotiations and counter‑offers.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
