Join a global leader in wear management solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager for the Western Canada Mining sector, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering high-value technical solutions to major mining operations.
Missions principales
- Develop and expand strategic accounts within the mining industry across Alberta and Western Canada.
- Act as a trusted partner to maintenance, reliability, and procurement managers.
- Conduct on-site visits to identify equipment wear challenges (crushers, buckets, chutes, conveyors, mill liners, etc.).
- Propose advanced welding, hardfacing, and wear protection solutions to optimize client performance.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotes, and presentations to secure high-value contracts.
- Negotiate service agreements and manage the full sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with application engineers and technical specialists to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Monitor competitor activity and identify new prospecting opportunities within the mining sector.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in strategic account management, preferably within the mining or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong technical background in welding, fabrication, or wear protection solutions.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical site assessments and provide value-added recommendations.
- Results-oriented professional with a track record of meeting sales objectives.
