Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Franchise Growth & Enablement team. You will help drive global onboarding, registration programs and data‑driven insights for ecosystem participants, ensuring a seamless experience across the payments network.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to own and continuously improve the registration framework.
• Lead initiatives that guarantee accurate registration across multiple programs.
• Provide subject‑matter‑expert support to customers throughout the registration process.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and enhance overall customer experience.
• Create end‑to‑end documentation, training guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist in preparing presentations, tracking metrics, and reporting trends to senior management.
