Senior Specialist, Digital Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Digital Performance Marketing to lead data‑driven campaigns that drive growth for goeasy, one of Canada’s fastest‑growing alternative lenders. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to plan, execute and optimise paid media across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid marketing campaigns across Paid Search/SEM, Display and Social platforms, ensuring objectives and budgets are met.
• Conduct keyword research, bid management, budget allocation and creative A/B testing to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to develop new ad assets and landing pages.
• Partner with vendors such as Google to define strategic road‑maps aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with technology teams to implement accurate campaign tracking.
• Work with the Marketing Data & Analytics team to analyse performance data and generate insights.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor campaign metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates and emerging digital strategies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative‑focused discipline.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results.
• Experience contributing to or leading SEO strategy is a strong asset.
