Senior Specialist, Customer Success – Cybersecurity Payments

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Senior Specialist to join its Regional Customer Success team focused on cybersecurity and payment fraud intelligence. In this role you will help customers maximise the value of Mastercard’s threat intelligence solutions while supporting the growth and safety of the payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity and payment‑fraud intelligence services across the region.
• Manage utilization of threat‑intelligence solutions, overseeing regional revenue and risk metrics.
• Coordinate product launches and localise content such as narratives and value propositions.
• Drive market awareness internally and externally, positioning add‑on services and consulting for regional sales teams.
• Engage with customers to assess solution viability, gather feedback, and translate insights into product improvements.
• Support business growth through qualified leads, expansion opportunities and strategic customer advocacy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success, preferably within cybersecurity, fraud detection or payments.
• Strong understanding of threat‑intelligence products and regional market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and drive proactive engagement.
