Senior Sales Recruiter

About the role

This senior-level position supports high‑growth sales organisations in Canada by acting as a strategic talent partner. You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for specialised sales roles, building pipelines and connecting top professionals with impactful opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage high‑quality talent pipelines for priority sales roles across enterprise, public sector, financial services, technology and emerging markets.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and outreach to interviews, negotiations and candidate close.
• Apply a sales‑mindset to prospect passive candidates, overcome objections and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies, calibrate candidate profiles and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns using market intelligence, personalised messaging and structured follow‑up.
• Analyse recruiting funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks and optimise conversion rates, speed and overall hiring effectiveness.
• Provide talent market insights, compensation expectations and competitive intelligence to support business decisions.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining strong prioritisation, communication and execution standards.

Required profile

• Experienced recruiter with deep expertise hiring sales professionals in fast‑growing, technical or mission‑driven environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities combined with solid business judgement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with proven prospecting, relationship‑building and objection‑handling skills.
• Analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Comfort working remotely within a collaborative talent team.
