Senior Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with more than eight years of full‑cycle recruitment experience to lead talent acquisition across a wide range of industries and functions. The role will serve public and private sector clients, driving hiring outcomes independently while building strong pipelines of high‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including IT, AI/ML, FinTech, Healthcare, Energy, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and leadership positions.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, handling several requisitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Support federal government, public‑sector, and Crown corporation hiring, including security‑cleared positions where applicable.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and modern sourcing tools to identify and attract top talent.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably within RPO, MSP, staffing, consulting, or embedded recruitment environments.
• Proven ability to work across multiple industries and functional areas.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative recruiting skills.
• Experience with security‑cleared hiring or public‑sector procurement is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is a plus.
