Senior Project Manager – Siebel CRM & I&IT Projects

About the role

We are looking for a senior Project Manager/Leader to drive large‑scale Siebel CRM and I&IT initiatives for the Enterprise Financial Services Division in Toronto. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget and governance within a public‑sector environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple concurrent enterprise I&IT projects using varied technologies and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies and budgets.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and change requests, providing regular status reports to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Manage Siebel CRM implementations, enhancements, integrations and operational support, coordinating business and technical teams.
• Define roles, responsibilities and performance expectations for internal staff, vendors and consultants.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Control complex project budgets, track expenditures and present risk mitigation strategies to executive sponsors.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large, high‑risk I&IT projects in an enterprise or public‑sector setting.
• Strong background in Siebel CRM project delivery and integration.
• Excellent stakeholder, resource and change management capabilities.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports for senior executives and steering committees.
