Senior Project Manager, Program Delivery & Governance

About the role

The Senior Project Manager, Program Delivery & Governance, will lead strategic planning and execution of senior leadership retreats and the annual conference for the Canadian division of Veriforce. This role ensures alignment of program delivery with corporate priorities across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and document Canadian senior leadership retreats, including agenda design, pre‑read materials and outcome capture.
• Maintain the annual retreat calendar, ensuring each event supports division strategic priorities.
• Participate in all senior leadership meetings to provide continuity, context and follow‑up on initiatives.
• Collaborate with the President and leadership team to design decision‑focused sessions.
• Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of the annual conference, from concept through delivery.
• Oversee external vendors responsible for event logistics and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in managing high‑visibility, strategic events for senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
