Project Coordinator

About the role

As a Project Coordinator at Alcumus, you will support the delivery of client projects by configuring the SaaS platform to meet client requirements. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and gradually take on full project ownership while gaining deep platform expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the platform based on client requirements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Track project progress, manage deadlines, and coordinate tasks across Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech teams.
• Prioritise and execute client requests, handling tickets and structured request management.
• Analyse client needs, propose solutions, and follow requests through to resolution.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for users and internal teams.
• Support clients during platform implementation, deliver user training, and promote platform adoption.

Required profile

• Junior professional eager to learn and grow in a SaaS environment.
• Strong interest in digital products and platforms.
• Motivation to develop project‑management and client‑facing skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Logical, pragmatic, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with ticketing or CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
