Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a fast‑paced technology environment in Canada. The role will lead the full lifecycle of complex technical and consulting projects for global clients, working closely with engineering, sales and customer teams to deliver application and data implementation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of application and data implementation projects, from initiation through closure, adhering to project management standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, estimates and task assignments.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring alignment with scope, budget, quality and schedule.
• Engage stakeholders regularly, providing clear status updates, meetings and progress reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues, changes and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to ensure accurate scoping and timely execution of deliverables.
• Report milestones, roadblocks and performance metrics to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Continuously improve client satisfaction and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• PMP certification (required).
• 7+ years of project management experience in technology‑driven organisations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple medium to large‑scale technical or consulting projects simultaneously.
• Experience in consulting environments is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to document management systems or legal sector projects is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in complex environments.

Required skills

• PMP certification
