Senior Project Manager – Identity Access Management

About the role

The Senior Project Manager, Identity Access Management, Information Corporate Security leads end‑to‑end delivery, coordination and governance of large enterprise‑wide security programs. Working within the Security Architecture Engineering organization, the role partners with architecture, engineering and domain leaders to ensure complex initiatives are executed effectively, aligned with strategic priorities and scaled across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cross‑functional security programs covering Security Architecture, Security Engineering, IAM, PAM, Security Operations, Technology Data and Cyber Risk.
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent initiatives—from intake and prioritisation through planning, execution, go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, roadmaps and timelines, tracking dependencies across workstreams.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate program risks, issues and dependencies, escalating and driving resolution with accountable owners.
• Provide governance oversight, establishing standards and ensuring compliance throughout program execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience delivering large‑scale security or IAM programmes.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent execution leadership and risk‑management capabilities.
