Senior Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large‑scope construction projects on‑site. The role combines technical engineering insight with strong operational support, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several concurrent construction projects, providing engineering guidance to Operations teams.
• Conduct constructability reviews, prepare estimates, and support pre‑construction activities.
• Participate in tenders, bid leveling, scope reviews, and contract award meetings.
• Attend Operational Review Meetings (ORM) and Owner‑Architect‑Contractor (OAC) meetings.
• Oversee project execution, safety, ethics, and compliance at all times.
• Monitor project schedules, forecasts, and attend Turner Forecasting System (TFS) meetings.
• Perform regular job‑site visits, manage QC inspections, and ensure work aligns with contract documents and approved shop drawings.
• Lead risk‑management initiatives, develop checklists, and drive continuous improvement of procedures.
• Facilitate training, knowledge sharing, and rollout of new technologies across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multiple large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of constructability, tender processes, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with architects, engineers, and owners.
• Commitment to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with project forecasting and schedule management.
