Senior Project Manager – Agile/Scrum Delivery

About the role

The client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale enterprise and public‑facing web and application development initiatives. The role focuses on application development and UI modernization, requiring hands‑on Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide transformational IT and application development projects across multiple departments.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and issues.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Drive user‑experience optimization and UI modernization efforts.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, executive presentations and other artifacts.
• Support governance activities including EARB and CAB meetings.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors.
• Oversee procurement, vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP Certification (required).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (required).
• 10+ years of experience managing transformational enterprise‑wide or public‑facing IT projects using Agile/Scrum.
• Extensive hands‑on experience as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile, mission‑critical UI modernization projects.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
