Senior Product Manager – Medical Inquiry

About the role

Veeva is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to build, launch, and grow the MedInquiry solution for Medical Affairs. You will partner with customers, sales, consulting, and engineering to define product specifications, roadmap, and solution maps.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype, configure, and rapidly validate Veeva MedInquiry solutions.
• Iterate using agile methods to deliver features in the right order.
• Author high‑quality specifications and translate them into actionable requirements for engineering.
• Own the product roadmap and align cross‑functional teams around it.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product Management to ensure harmonized solutions across Veeva applications.
• Maintain awareness of Medical Information software trends and translate insights into product requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience with case management and customer‑service intake channels.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven expertise in design, product development, and strategic planning.
• Ability to research market needs and create short‑ and long‑term roadmaps.
• Experience writing detailed user stories and managing a story backlog.
• Understanding of architectural constraints and ability to communicate them.
• Track record of collaborating with engineering/QA to deliver products.
• Experience with data modeling (ERDs) and Lucidchart.
• Independent, fast‑paced work style and comfort with ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Based in an Eastern Standard Time zone region.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada.
