Senior Product Manager, AI

About the role

Caribou is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the next generation of AI‑driven products for home‑care organizations, caregivers, and the people they serve. This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare, and workforce technology, offering significant autonomy and direct access to a highly engaged user base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end voice staffing agent experience for coordinators and caregivers, including system prompts, guardrails, and evaluation mechanisms.
• Develop and expand the agent portfolio, such as EVV support, clock‑in reminders, and new AI‑enabled surfaces that reduce coordinator workload.
• Define and track clear product success metrics focused on adoption, engagement, ROI, and business outcomes.
• Maintain product roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and release schedules while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and company strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver high‑quality, customer‑centric products.
• Use data and analytics to assess performance, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Hands‑on experience delivering agentic or AI‑powered products into production.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to work closely with engineers and use modern AI development tools.
• Proven track record taking products from 0→1 and iterating based on real‑world usage.
• Data‑driven decision‑making using product metrics, customer insights, and experimentation.
• Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
