Senior Principal Software Engineer, Feature Store

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Principal Software Engineer to own and drive our Feature Store product, shaping its technical direction for demanding enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architecture, design patterns, and engineering standards for the feature store platform.
• Lead the implementation of the next‑generation (V2) feature store, focusing on scale, low‑latency serving, and reliability.
• Partner with product and leadership to shape the technical roadmap based on customer requirements and market trends.
• Engage with strategic customers such as banks and large enterprises, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of backend/infrastructure engineering experience building large‑scale distributed systems.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role, driving architecture decisions and mentoring teams.
• Deep experience with ML infrastructure or feature engineering systems at scale.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders.
