Senior People & Culture Generalist

About the role

Fresh Prep is seeking a Senior People & Culture Generalist to lead HR initiatives across the organization. The role combines recruitment, employee experience, compliance and engagement responsibilities, supporting a fast‑growing, sustainability‑focused company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment and workforce planning to build strong, diverse teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the ADP WorkforceNow HRIS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, policy guidance and proactive training.
• Partner with managers on performance management, talent development and ESA compliance.
• Advise leaders on handbook policies, employment practices and risk mitigation.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and terminations, with professionalism.
• Oversee occupational health and safety cases, return‑to‑work programs and related documentation.
• Design and deliver engaging orientations for production staff and continuously improve onboarding materials.
• Identify and execute projects that boost employee engagement and overall team experience.
