Senior Operations Management Consultant

About the role

Vintage IT Solutions Inc is seeking a senior consultant to lead and optimise operations across multiple industries, including automotive, trucking and food sectors. The role combines strategic analysis, quality management and staff development to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current managerial methods and organisational structures, providing actionable advice.
• Conduct quality audits and develop quality management and assurance standards.
• Research and evaluate the efficiency of existing policies, proposing improvements to methods, systems and procedures.
• Plan and oversee re‑organisation of operations, supervise staff and manage budgets and expenditures.
• Provide customer service, train and mentor staff, and oversee communication strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with high integrity and excellent time‑management.

• Agile methodology, Jira.
• Accounting software such as ACCPAC, QuickBooks, Sage.
• SharePoint, Microsoft Office, ERP systems.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS), Zoho CRM, Salesforce.
• SAP modules (FI/CO, HR, MM, OT, SD), Microsoft Dynamics AX (x++).
