Senior Mobile Developer

About the role

Poka is looking for a Senior Mobile Developer to own and evolve its flagship iOS application used by frontline workers in manufacturing worldwide. You will work in a high‑scale native Swift environment while helping to integrate modern cross‑platform solutions such as React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the mobile point of contact within your squad, maintaining and expanding a globally deployed iOS app.
• Identify and implement high‑impact React Native components without compromising native performance.
• Collaborate with front‑end, back‑end, QA, and design teams in a startup‑like, multidisciplinary setting.
• Influence the squad’s technical roadmap and daily development processes.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate development and bridge native Swift patterns with web‑standard architectures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in native iOS development using Swift.
• Strong knowledge of Apple technologies, including UIKit and/or SwiftUI.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both French and English.
• Proven experience building client‑server applications.
