Senior Manager, Transformation

About the role

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation to lead strategic initiatives within its Physical Network Delivery function. The role bridges high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day execution, using test‑and‑learn, risk‑aware delivery and data‑driven decision‑making to generate measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Translate business strategies into detailed roadmaps and break down complex goals into actionable tasks.
• Design and run scoped test‑and‑learn experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to validate hypotheses and optimise processes.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks while balancing innovation, compliance and operational stability.
• Define key performance indicators, collaborate with Data Analytics to track results and ensure scalability.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently and maximise return on investment.
• Build and nurture cross‑functional partnerships across Physical Network Delivery, Corporate Real Estate, Technology, Marketing and Operations.
• Communicate data‑backed insights to senior stakeholders to influence decisions and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation or operational leadership (e.g., growth, innovation, branch management).
• Proven track record of driving change, challenging the status quo and acting as an innovation catalyst.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics or a related discipline.
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with branch network operations, financial‑services transformation projects, or a project‑management certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
