Senior Manager, Program Development

About the role

Lead the execution of Catalyste+’s program growth and development strategy, designing and writing proposals, coordinating with senior leaders, and ensuring effective implementation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and write strong proposals and concept notes in collaboration with program teams.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to implement growth strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Maintain processes to track, prioritize and report on program development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on program design, integrating results‑based management, value for money and innovative approaches.
• Develop strategies in thematic areas such as gender, governance and environment.
• Build and maintain networks with funders, organizations and individuals to identify trends and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program design and proposal development for international development projects.
• Strong leadership, consensus‑building and stakeholder influence skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and verbal communication abilities.
• Energetic self‑starter with exceptional time‑management and prioritization.
• Bilingual French/English; English/Spanish is an asset.
