Senior Manager, Construction

About the role

This senior-level position leads on‑site construction management, collaborating with multiple business units to ensure projects meet design specifications, quality standards, schedules, and budgets. The role also drives design innovation and supports corporate change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities on site, providing subject‑matter guidance and resolving site‑specific issues.
• Issue construction change directives, initiate material reviews, and suspend work when necessary to maintain compliance.
• Identify new prototypes, research material technologies, and collaborate with internal and external teams to innovate design formats.
• Develop and evaluate project schedules, manage material procurement, and ensure timely information flow to contractors.
• Support contract execution, request design changes, and ensure complete project documentation.
• Monitor project expenses, document corrective actions, and contribute to future project improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional strategies that impact financial and system processes, balancing resources to achieve design goals.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and development opportunities for associates while promoting company policies and values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior construction management or a related engineering discipline.
