Senior GTM Talent Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Senior GTM Talent Partner to lead recruitment for go-to-market functions in a fast-scaling technology environment. The role is remote within Canada and works closely with executive leaders to build high-performing Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Partnerships teams across North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for GTM functions, aligning hiring plans with business growth objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior GTM leaders, providing market insights, workforce planning and organizational design recommendations.
• Develop inclusive, competency-based hiring processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience across multiple regions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for competitive markets in North America and Europe.
• Leverage recruitment analytics, market intelligence and hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness and predictability.
• Enhance employer branding by representing the organization at industry events and targeted talent engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ATS data integrity throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience focused on go-to-market roles in high-growth organizations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence hiring strategy through data-driven recommendations.
• Deep understanding of GTM talent landscapes, including sales, marketing, customer success and partnership roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing and structured interviewing.
