Senior Full Stack Developer – TypeScript, Node.js & Mobile

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join Pillway’s core engineering team. You will work on both our existing web and mobile applications and lead the development of new services in a fast‑growing healthcare technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement production‑grade features using Node.js and mobile frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Provide expert support and occasional enhancements for legacy PHP/Laravel applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs that connect the Laravel monolith with new Node.js micro‑services.
• Champion best practices in testing, CI/CD pipelines and documentation.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both mobile front‑ends and back‑end services.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a full‑stack developer.
• Strong commitment to TypeScript as a first‑class language.
• Ability to design scalable, maintainable architectures that bridge complex back‑ends with reactive front‑ends.

Required skills

• TypeScript (advanced types, interfaces, patterns)
• Node.js (NestJS or Express preferred)
• Mobile development with Flutter and/or React Native
• PHP and Laravel for legacy codebases
• SQL databases, preferably MySQL, and ORM usage
• Application security (OWASP Top 10, JWT, OAuth)
• Docker, Kubernetes and Azure cloud services
• CI/CD, unit and integration testing
