About the role

We need an elite Frontend Architect to build world‑class, high‑fidelity digital interfaces. This fully remote, high‑availability position is aimed at a technical powerhouse comfortable operating at the frontier of the Web3 economy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, scale, and maintain a modular, bullet‑proof client‑side codebase that stays lean under high user velocity.
• Transform complex visual assets and data logic into intuitive, highly responsive user experiences.
• Implement a reusable, pixel‑perfect, themeable component library based on centralized visual guidelines.
• Maximize rendering efficiency, optimize bundle sizes, and eliminate layout shifts for lightning‑fast load times.
• Architect robust client‑side state logic to ensure seamless real‑time data flows.
• Integrate complex backend systems and real‑time data streams while maintaining data integrity and error handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping production‑grade, highly polished web applications with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Analytical rigor using browser profiling tools and core web vitals to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
• Availability to handle real‑time hotfixes and deployments seven days a week.
• Understanding of Web3 UX friction points such as digital asset wallets and fast‑paced digital‑native environments.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, writing clean, self‑documenting code without hand‑holding.

Required skills

• React (advanced component patterns, hooks, architecture)
• Next.js (SSR, SSG, routing, caching)
• React Query with GraphQL (server‑state management, cache mutation)
• Styled Components (CSS‑in‑JS, theming, dynamic rendering)
